Completion of the event prep/floorplan packet is necessary in order to ensure we are able to prepare for your event needs and work to ensure your event rental runs smoothly. Delayed packets or missing information may result in setup errors, furniture that is no longer available, and other issues.

Day-of Coordinator/Event Planner information
Vendors and their contact information (i.e. caterer, entertainer, florist, furniture rentals)
The Maxwell House furniture/amenities you require (i.e. tables, chairs, microphone)
Floor plan for your event
Signatures of bride/groom/client/event planner regarding venue rules and policies
3. return the packet to The Maxwell House events coordinators no later than 1 week before your event
- Email the completed packet in pdf format to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively you may leave your packet in the mailbox on our front porch addressed to "Maxwell House Events Coordinators" or mail the packet to the address on our Contact Us page. Please check in with us to confirm we received your packet if you do not get a confirmation. We will reach out a week before the event to review the packet and confirm any adjustments with you.
