Our Boutique Weddings are back! This package is perfectly designed for the couple who wants to share their wedding with just their closest family and friends. The Boutique Wedding package includes use of the venue for an intimate ceremony and/or a reception. This package has a maximum capacity of 60 guests. Additional guests may be added.

Please inquire for our special rates. By booking The Maxwell House, you are assisting valuable programs that empower students and educators to strengthen their communities by growing their conflict resolution skills. Your rental fee also helps to support our non-profit community campus.
Your event time can take place between the hours of 1:00pm - 8:00pm on the day of the wedding/event. Private use includes the living room, dining room, library, foyer, mezzanine, kitchen, limited use of the garden, and 2 private suites to get ready.
Setup & breakdown of furniture owned by The Maxwell House, according to your floor plan needs.

REQUIRED: Event insurance - Coverage proof from WedSafe or any accredited insurance agency that can meet the requirements of 1-million in general liability + alcohol.
REQUIRED: Event Coordinator/Planner - Must choose a preferred vendor from our list.
REQUIRED: Professional Bartending Services from a Maxwell House partnered vendor if alcohol will be provided for guests. Please see our list of Preferred Bartending Service Providers.
