1. What is the Maximum Number of people I can fit in the venue?
Our guest capacity is 100. Please note that this does not include any staffing or vendors.
2. Is there a Direct Number to Call?

3. I'm a prospective Bride/Groom/Client, How do I book a tour?
Please send an email to cindy@westernjustice.org to book an appointment. Tours are conducted Tuesday thru Thursday between 5:00pm and 7:00pm and some Saturday’s.
4. I'm a vendor hired for an upcoming event and I'd like a tour, what do I do?

5. Do you provide catering?
We do not provide catering. You are welcome to bring in outside caterers as long as they are licensed and insured. We have an excellent commercial kitchen, and we are happy to provide you with a list of our preferred caterers. Please note that outside cooking, grilling or food trucks are not allowed.
6. What are your weekday hours?
Our offices are typically open 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Appointments are required to visit.
7. Can I have my Private Life Cycle event during a weekday?
No. Weddings and other Private Life Cycle events can only be held on Saturdays and Sundays. Non-Profit and other Community events are allowed during weekdays, certain weekday evenings and some weekends.

9. Can we have a food truck or outside cooking for our event?
We do not allow food trucks or outside cooking at our venue. This includes outside grills (taco vendors), pizza ovens as well as other gas or propane vendors. All food must be prepared and served inside the venue.
10. Can I hold a date?
Yes! You can place a $100 hold, and we will hold your chosen date for 7 days. If you choose to move forward with your event during those 7 days, the $100 will be applied towards your deposit. Failure to make the required deposit within the 7 days will result in the release of the hold. You may only hold a date once, and you may only have one hold per event.
11. Can we extend our event past 10pm on a Saturday or past 8pm on a Sunday?
Unfortunately not. We are required by our Conditional Use Permit with the City of Pasadena to end all wedding and other private life cycles events celebration by 10pm on Saturdays and 8pm on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding.
